I am a social psychologist studying how gender roles and intersecting social identities shape social evaluation, including who is recognized as competent, qualified, and likely to succeed.

My research uses experimental, archival, qualitative, and computational approaches to examine these processes across consequential settings, including STEM, higher education, and politics.
